High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEO’s) are appointed by the Lord Chancellor and are required to undertake extensive professional training before being authorised.

Certificated enforcement agents (EAs) who act under the control of the HCEO are required to undertake training to at least NVQ level 2 under the Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2014 and must apply to a District Judge for the grant of an Enforcement Agent’s certificate.

As a result, we take great care to ensure that all we do is undertaken:

• Legally and procedurally correctly
• Safely for all concerned
• In a manner that protects the reputation of our clients

We have appropriate insurance for the hazardous work we undertake (“rescue” level insurance is not adequate), we have stringent health and safety procedures in place and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
