We provide a free initial consultation service to all prospective clients. As part of this we will undertake a site visit to the protest area to undertake an initial risk assessment.

This enables us to assess what is required to remove the protesters, demonstrators or travellers, considering ingress and egress, specialist requirements, if any, and detailed costings for the eviction.

This will be sent to you as a report for you to decide how you wish to proceed.

Timescales

We will undertake the free initial consultation promptly and will send our report within just a few days of our visit.

If the eviction is urgent, we can respond to your requirements very quickly.

After instruction

Once you instruct us, we will then undertake a full risk assessment, which may entail a second visit to the site, the methodology statement and a full operational plan.

Free transfer up

If you already have an order for possession, which is normally the case when we are appointed, we will instruct our lawyers to obtain the High Court writ of possession, which will be assigned to one of our 16 Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers, who will be named on the writ.

We do not charge our clients for this transfer up service.

Compulsory purchase order

If you have a compulsory purchase order (CPO), we can undertake the eviction under the order, without the need for a High Court writ of possession.
